How quickly is my order shipped, and how fast will I get it?

Your order is always shipped within 24 hours, Monday through Friday.  If you order before 2:30pm, it will be shipped the same day.  We typically ship via either UPS ground or Priority Mail.  You will also see expedited shipping options when you go through the checkout process.

Do any of your ingredients come from China?

No.  All our ingredients, with one exception, originate in the U.S.  Vitamin C is unavailable from U.S. manufacturers, so we source it from Japan.

How do you ensure the safety of your ingredients?

Every single batch of every ingredient is tested by our manufacturer.  It is tested for purity and potency, and every batch comes with its own Certificate of Analysis.

The facilities where our products are encapsulated and packaged are ISO:9000 certified, and our manufacturers follow Good Manufacturing Practices.

What is the difference between Beta glucan #300 and Transfer Point Beta 1,3-D glucan?  Is the glucan #300 in your Beta glucan?

Beta glucan #300 is the designation for the active ingredient in our formula. Transfer Point Beta 1,3-D glucan is the product name.  At this time, no other company uses glucan #300, which has been demonstrated repeatedly to be the most potent and efficacious Beta glucan available on the market today.

Does Beta glucan cure cancer (or any other disease)?

Beta glucan is a food supplement, and as such, it does not "cure" anything.  Your immune system is designed to fight off illness and disease, so it is important that you do everything possible to strengthen your immune system.  Beta glucan acts as an immune modulator, and as such is one part of a lifestyle approach to achieving a healthy immune response.  Proper nutrition, rest, exercise, and stress management are all equally important.

It is also important to know that the FDA prohibits dietary supplement companies from making any claims regarding treatment or cure of a disease, regardless of supporting scientific research.  We encourage you to be an informed consumer, and do your own research. 

When can I expect results?

Everyone is different, but as a general rule within 72 hours of taking Beta glucan, your body's immune system will begin working at its optimal levels.  Bear in mind that your immune system is different from the next person's, and your nutrition, stress levels, and sleep and exercise habits all factor into the equation. 

Have you ever considered making a chewable Beta glucan for children?

Children's chewable supplements require sweeteners and flavorings that inhibit the uptake of the active ingredient. So until we can find a way to formulate a children's chewable without compromising its effectiveness, we will not be able to offer such a product.
