Dr. John TateJohn L. Tate, D.D.S.
Biography
....................................................

Dr. Tate graduated from Wofford College, Spartanburg, SC with a B.S. degree in Chemistry, 1958. In 1962 he received his D.D.S. degree from Medical College of Virginia. After three years in the U. S. Air Force, Tate entered private practice in Spartanburg and became Mercury Free in 1984.

Tate recovered from prostate cancer in 1984 using an alternative method called the Kelley Program. This program was developed by a Texas orthodontist, William D. Kelley, who survived pancreatic cancer in 1962 and is still alive this date in 1999. Tate has since added beta glucan to his program along with the pancreatic enzymes, vitamin-mineral formulas, and detoxification procedures. A protocol very similar to this program is being offered by Nicholas Gonzalez, M.D., New York City. In fact a large-scale, NCI funded randomized controlled clinical trial for pancreatic cancer, in which the nutritional enzyme therapy will be compared directly with gemcitabine, (See CNN News Article) has already begun. Dr. Gonzalez can be reached at (212) 213-3337.

In 1994, Tate joined the International Academy of Oral Medicine & Toxicology. Through the scientists, dentists and physicians of this prestigious organization a safe and effective protocol is being developed for the removal of mercury amalgam from the teeth and mercury from the body with emphasis on the brain and nervous system.

Tate now serves as a consultant to Transfer Point, a neutraceutical company that produces immune modulators such as beta glucan that when used in a total, individualized protocol, brings the dental-medical disease to its highest self-healing level.

John Tate and his wife, Ina K. King of Augusta, Georgia, reside at 24 Woodbine St., Spartanburg, SC. They have four daughters and seven grandchildren.
