Orders are shipped Monday - Friday (with the exception of Observed Shipping Holidays listed below). Orders placed before 2:00 pm EST ship the same day, but we'll do our best to ship orders received after this time. All orders are shipped within 1 business day. If we experience an unexpected delay, we will notify you immediately with updates via phone and/or email.
